Type of Facility: Union Dairy Plant (Milk)
- 72K Sq Ft underroof
- 5 filler lines. 1 Million gallons per week, 70 trucks per day.
Shift Makeup:
- Days a week: Wednesday thru Saturday shifts
- Which shifts: Nights 4:30pm to 3:00am
Average hours per week: 45
Must Have: Positive attitude and "work completion" mindset.
- 4 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting experience
- Electrical troubleshooting background (photo-eyes, sensors, scales)
- Electrical root cause analysis background
- Experience with conveyor systems (chain and cable driven)
- 3 phase motor troubleshooting: repair, replace and PM
- Capable of completing PM on mechanical components
*Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks*
Nice to Have:
- Injection molding experience/Blow mold facility
- Ammonia and boiler experience
- PLC troubleshooting experience
- TIG Welding
