1. Define the Need

  • You explain your needs to us, including the level of skill, experience or certification needed for each position.
  • We agree on the Terms and Conditions of our contract.

2. Our Candidate Vetting Process

  • We use industry standard assessments to ensure we match the best candidates to every position.
  • If we don’t have the right match already on our team and available when you need them, we go find and recruit them!

3. Client Interviews

  • After we have brought you the right candidates, we set up video interviews with the ones you like most.
  • If you agree that they fit your need, we offer them the position.

4. Our Craftsmen get to work

  • We handle all of the logistics to make sure our people get where you need them, when you need them. 
  • To make sure everything is working smoothly, we will stay in close contact with you.  We  make sure you are 100% satisfied.
